Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid ApartmentBuddySF subscriptions offered by Sendo Technologies Inc. (doing business as ApartmentBuddySF). It is part of our Terms of Service.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time, online, in just a few clicks:
- Sign in and open your Account page.
- Click Manage billing to open the secure Stripe billing portal.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
You can also email us at sendo.incorporated@gmail.com and we will cancel for you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, including if you cancel partway through a period or do not use the service.
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you canceled), contact us at sendo.incorporated@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge and we will make it right.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or every 3 months, depending on your plan) until you cancel. The renewal price and interval are shown at checkout and in the Stripe billing portal.
